Formerly Diary of an Ex-Teacher: Navigating the World of Wellbeing, this podcast is for teachers, ex-teachers, and anyone ready to put their wellbeing first.
After 14 years in the primary classroom (12 in Dubai), I swapped my whiteboard for a new adventure — growing Green Heart Wellbeing. Now I coach adults and kids, run wellbeing clubs in schools, and work with educators and parents to bring positive psychology into daily life.
Each week, I’ll share real-life reflections, wellbeing tools you can actually use, and behind-the-scenes moments from building my wellbeing business — plus one simple takeaway you can try straight away.

I always feel like I try and squeeze really big topics into twenty minute episodes and today is no different lol! So let's say it is a bit of a starter on the topic.
I talk a bit about my own self care, self love, self worth journey. They are all different things, hence this episode being more introductory into my thoughts on these areas.
I share some of the ways you can care and love for yourself more because we could probably all use a little more of that in one way or another.
